New Refuge Home Page

I have at last got around to updating the REFUGE home page. It will need some more work I know. This is as good as I can do at the moment. I am open to constructive comments as to how to make it more practical, improve navigation etc.
I have tried to design it to allow for future comics to be placed on the same site. Also I am going to draw up a home/front page as an intro to artwork; I am thinking of putting my backlog of artwork up If I can get time to scan it all in.
